About Expanish Volunteer
Expanish Volunteer is a local organization in Buenos Aires that collaborates with NGO's and other volunteer organizations in order to provide various volunteer placements in Argentina to people from around the world.
Our Volunteer Philosophy
- Expanish Volunteer is dedicated to education, travel, and creating partnerships between people, organizations, cultures, and countries. We believe in the power of education in communities, the positive changes it can make, and the impact it can make on the quality of life in these communities.
- Our volunteer programs are based on improving the overall quality of life in local communities in Argentina; we do this by partnering with local NGO's and volunteer organizations in Buenos Aires who share the same values, beliefs, and goals as Expanish, and together are able to provide excellent volunteer programs in an assortment of volunteer areas.
- We believe that any reason is a good reason to volunteer abroad, whether you are gaining experience to put on your CV or university studies, need a career break after 15 years at the same company, or truly want to save the world, Expanish offers a program for everyone.
- We combine every volunteer placement with total cultural immersion, allowing volunteers in Buenos Aires to live like a true porteño, eating local food, living with locals, speaking Spanish, and participating in local activities such as soccer matches or artisan fairs.
- Expanish Volunteer thoroughly investigates every NGO and volunteer organization, nature of their volunteer work, volunteer tasks, volunteer transport, and environment of the placement in order to ensure our volunteers health and safety for the duration of their program.
